Full Terms and Conditions

By submitting your entry to this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility:

1. The Florette x Jet2holidays Instagram giveaway is open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales & Ireland aged 18 or over. Employees and their immediate families of Florette (“the Promoter”), its agents or anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not permitted to enter. 
2. In order to enter the promotion, internet access and a valid correct email address are required.  

Promotional Period:

The giveaway starts on 15/07/2024 and closes on 05/08/2024 (the “Closing Date”) (inclusive). All entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than midnight on the Closing Date. Entries received before or after this time will automatically be disqualified.

How to enter:

1. Entrants must like the post on Instagram, follow both @florettesalad and @jet2pics on Instagram, tag a friend in the comments. 
2. No additional online purchase necessary.
3. The Promoter monitors responses to this Promotion and if any responses or any previous posts made by an entrant are, or could be regarded, as being disrespectful towards other members of the Instagram community or which contain anything which is likely to, or could cause offence or distress will be removed from the Promotion. As someone who enters the promotion, your use on Meta products  is subject to the relevant platform’s terms and conditions. 
4. Participants’ entries will be deemed invalid if any post –  

• contains defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content; 
• in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, cause any widespread or serious offence (taking into account prevailing community views or standards).

Prize:

1. The main prize is 1 x Jet2holidays voucher worth £3,000/€3,500. 5 x Runner up prizes are branded Florette items worth up to £100. 

The prizes are not refundable and cannot be transferred or re-sold.

Winner Selection & Notification:

1. The winner and runner-ups will be chosen at random using a random generator on 07/08/2024 (“Prize Date”). The prize is non-transferrable.  
2. The winner and runner-ups will be contacted by Instagram DM as soon as reasonably practicable after the Prize Date and asked to provide proof of ID and their contact details.
3. If a winner is not contactable within 7 days from the date of the initial notification, the prize may be reallocated by the Promoter to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
4. By taking part in the promotion, prize winners agree to take part in relevant publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the participants name and/or image, statements made by the participants concerning the competition being uploaded onto the promoter’s social media channels. 

General:

1. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
2. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta and by entering the entrant releases Meta from any action or claim arising out of the promotion. By entering the Promotion, all Participants agree to give Instagram a complete release from any and all legal liability in connection with the Promotion. 
3. Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of Meta. The Promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to this website.
4. For the prize draw winner’s full name and county, please send a self-addressed envelope to ‘Florette x Jet2holidays Competition c/o silverdoor, 58 Old Compton Street, London, W1D 4UF’ three months after the closing date.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize and/or refuse further participation in the competition and disqualify the participant if there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Promotion, irrespective of the stage in the Promotion reached.
6. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
8. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the competition, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate the affected entry.
9. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the competition other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
10. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding.
11. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Data protection:

1. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of facilitating the Promotion unless you have agreed to its use for any other purpose.
