We select only the finest, freshest baby spinach leaves for our bags.  It’s a tender but versatile leaf that you can eat alone, add to other salad mixes or even gently wilt into warm dishes or serve as a nutritious veggie side.  Plus, it’s a natural source of Vitamin C and Potassium as well as naturally high in Vitamins A & K and Folate.
