    • 1 bag of Florette Bistro salad
    • 300g dry pasta (we’ve used fusilli but penne and bows will work too)
    • 3 tablespoons light olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon fine mixed, Italian or Provence herbs
    • 2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan (plus a bit more to serve)
    • Fine table salt (flakes will be too big) and freshly milled black pepper

Method

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente (just undercooked, still with some bite!)
  2. Mix the cooked pasta in a bowl with the olive oil, garlic, herbs and parmesan.
  3. Place the pasta in the air fryer in one layer (this may take several batches).
  4. Cook at 350 for 5 minutes, then shake the pasta around and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the air fryer.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, add a final sprinkling of parmesan then serve with your favourite picky-bits and Florette Bistro salad for a mild crunch that goes perfectly with the cheesy garlic pasta chips!
  7. Want more? Smoky paprika, chilli or rosemary taste great too with these too.
