Ingredients

Ingredients for the smoothie:

  • 1 Florette Beetroot
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of mixed berries
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs coconut milk

Ingredients for the chia pudding:

  • 2 tbs chia seeds soaked in 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 5 tbs coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tsp desiccated coconut
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • Handful of berries for topping

Method

  1. First soak the chia seeds in the milk, stir and let sit.
  2. Then add all the smoothie ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the smoothie to the bottom of your glasses / jars.
  4. Combine the coconut yoghurt, desiccated coconut and maple syrup to the chia mixture to make the chia pudding.
  5. Add the chia pudding over the smoothie, in your glasses.
  6. Top with the berries.
