Ciabatta roll
100 g burrata cheese
1 peach sliced
1-2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Handful Florette Mixed
Salt to taste

Method

Slice bread in half and toast half in either a toaster or in a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil,

Add the mixed leaves with a light drizzle of olive oil and flaky salt,
 
Cut the creamy burrata cheese and place on top with a light drizzle of olive oil,

Top with the peach slices and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Enjoy your burrata toast! You can also add red pepper flakes if you like it spicy.
