Classic Crispy

Ingredients

    • ½ chicken breast
    • 1tbsp Tikka paste
    • 12in pizza dough base
    • 100ml rustic tomato sauce
    • 75g mozzarella
    • 30g Florette Crispy
    • 30ml Greek yoghurt
    • 10g cucumber
    • 1tsp cumin
    • 5g mint

Method

  1. Slice the chicken breast and marinate in the tikka paste for at least 1 hour.
  2. Place the chicken on an oven-proof tray and bake in a hot oven set at 200ºC for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread the rustic tomato sauce onto the pizza base.
  4. Sprinkle over the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Arrange the Chicken Tikka on top of the pizza base.
  6. Bake the pizza in a very hot oven set at 220ºC until the pizza base is fully cooked and the mozzarella fully melted.
  7. Dice the cucumber and mint, add to a mixing bowl, add the cumin and yoghurt and mix together.
  8. Arrange the Florette Crispy Leaf over the top of the pizza and drizzle over the yoghurt.
