Ingredients

Serves: 2

  • 1 bag of Florette Classic Crispy Salad
  • 2 cooked salmon fillets or 250g roasted cauliflower florets
  • 50g capers, drained
  • 100ml crème fraîche
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest

Method

  1. Mix lemon zest and juice with crème fraîche, leave to one side.
  2. In a bowl, add Florette Classic Crispy salad with the capers.
  3. Gently break up salmon fillets or cauliflower and scatter over salad.
  4. Drizzle the lemon crème fraîche over salad and serve.
