1 Bag Of Florette Mixed Salad
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
200g Beef Mince
4 Mini Flour Tortillas
4-8 Burger Cheese Slices
2 Tbsp Cup Greek Yoghurt
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Tomato Chutney/relish
2 Tbsp Diced Pickles And 1 Tsp Brine
1 Large Tomato
Salt And Pepper
Mix all of the burger sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth and fully combined.
Divide the beef mince into four and place each one in the centre of a wrap. Press down gently to flatten into an even layer, season with salt and pepper.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little olive oil.
Fry meat side down over medium-low for 4–5 minutes, or until cooked through.
Flip and top with cheese slices and cook on the other side until golden and crispy, around 2 minutes.Top with a few salad leaves, thinly sliced tomato, pickles, and a drizzle of the burger sauce.
