1 Handful Of Florette Mixed Salad
1 Stick Of Celery
½ A Pear, Cored
½ An Apple, Cored
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 Inch Of Fresh Ginger, Peeled
Juice Of Half A Lime
3-6 Basil Leaves
100-150ml Water
Add all of the ingredients with 100ml water in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water and blend again for a thinner smoothie. Enjoy in nature for the perfect fibre-packed start to your day!
