A Flurry Of Festive Cash Prizes Unveiled In Time For Christmas

Florette, the UK’s number one salad brand gives shoppers an UnFlorettable chance to win a share of £25,000 this Christmas.

New national data from the ONS reveals that the average spend this Christmas will be between £700-£850, the UK’s number one salad brand, Florette aims to help bolster that spend with its latest seasonal offering.

On offering shoppers the chance to win cash prizes this winter, Florette’s Commercial & Marketing Director, Martin Purdy said: “Worries about overspending can often ruin the Christmas spirit, making the whole event more overwhelming than jolly. Around half of consumers plan to cut back on spending this year[1], however, with the launch of our new Christmas packs and cash prizes, we hope to add a little festive cheer in the run up to the holidays.

“Not many know that salad increases in popularity in the run up to Christmas as shoppers prepare for the festivities. In fact research shows that 9.3m shoppers, that’s a third of UK households, buy leafy salads in the month of December alone[2].
