Ingredients

2 salmon fillets

2 tbsp Tandoori spice paste

Juice of half a lime

75ml natural yoghurt

 

To serve:

1 bag of Tilda coriander and lime rice

Florette Indian slaw

Fresh coriander and lime

Method

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 220.
  2. Mix the tandoori paste, lime juice and yoghurt in a bowl then stir the salmon fillets through and leave to marinade, covered for 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the salmon in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes depending on thickness.
  4. Meanwhile reheat the rice according to the packet instructions.
  5. When ready to serve place the salmon on top of the rice with plenty of slaw and a squeeze of fresh lime for a quick, fresh and zesty meal!
