    • 120g tinned beef chilli
    • 30g mature cheddar cheese
    • 2 slices thick sliced bread
    • 20g butter
    • 30g sour cream
    • 30g tomato salsa, as mild or hot as you please!
    • ¼ avocado
    • 10ml lime juice
    • ¼ bag of Florette Mixed Leaf Salad

Method

  1. Spread the beef chilli on top of one of the slices of bread.
  2. Slice the cheese and place on top of the beef chilli.
  3. Place the second piece of bread to close the sandwich.
  4. Spread the butter on the outside of the bread.
  5. Place the avocado flesh into a clean mixing bowl, season with a little salt and then squeeze in the lime juice. Crush the avocado using a fork.
  6. Place the sandwich in the ‘Breville’ toasty machine and cook until the bread is golden, crisp and the Beef chilli is piping hot.
  7. Serve with the Florette Mixed Leaf Salad on the side with the sour cream, salsa, and crushed avocado.
