Baby Leaf & Rocket

Ingredients

    • Chavroux goat’s cheese log
    • Florette Baby Leaf & Rocket Salad
    • Half of a watermelon
    • Cherry tomatoes
    • A couple of small leaves of mint
    • Salt and black pepper to taste
    • Optional – 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Slice the Chavroux goat’s cheese into rounds or any desired shape. Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the watermelon into heart-shaped pieces (or any other shape you prefer). Tear the fresh mint leaves to release their flavour.
  2. Assemble the salad on a large serving board or platter, start by creating a circle with the Florette Baby Leaf & Rocket Salad.
  3. Arrange the sliced Chavroux goat’s cheese over the bed of salad leaves.
  4. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes, diced watermelon and the mint leaves over the salad.
  5. Season the salad with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  6. Optional – drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
