Ingredients

2 Brioche burger buns

2 Breaded chicken breasts

Florette Crunchy salad

Florette Katsu slaw

French fries 

 

Peanut and lime dressing:

3 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

 

 

Method

Cook this chicken and fried according to the pack instructions in your over or airfryer. Meanwhile make the dressing by whisking the peanut butter, lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce and honey until runny-ish! Assemble the burger by adding Florette crunchy salad to the burger base, with the chicken next, then slaw and then a drizzle of the dressing on top before pressing the burger lid on. Serve with fries and extra salad for the perfect balance of an easy, tasty treat with a rainbow of fresh vegetables!
