1/2 bag Florette mixed salad

2-3 types of charcuterie or cold meat–we used Palma Ham and Salami

3 types of cheese–we used Emmental, Red Leicester and Wensleydale with Cranberry

150g blueberries

150g grapes

Your choice of crackers and chutneys

Method

To create a Christmas tree shape start with the thickest bottom layer by spreading some Florette mixed salad in a line almost to the edge of your board.Then add your cheeses, fruit, meat and more salad in turn, making smaller and smaller stripes so the ‘tree’ tapers in, finally reaching a point at the top.We finished with a small bunch of grapes on top then added our crackers and chutney on the side. The ultimate ‘girl dinner’ or cosy sharing winter picnic!
