• 6 slices of bread for toasting, white, wholemeal, or your favourite
• 4 rashers back bacon
• 4 rashers streaky bacon
• 1 beef tomato
• 1/4 bag Florette Crispy Leaf Salad
• 50ml butter
• 100ml mayonnaise
• Salt & pepper
Method
Line an oven-proof tray with a piece of grease-proof paper and place all bacon rashers onto the sheet, place another sheet of paper over the top and place a tray on top.
Bake the bacon for 15-20 minutes until the bacon is crisp. If this is too much to do, grill the bacon until crisp.
Slice the beef tomato and season with salt and pepper.
Toast the bread until golden. Spread the toast with the butter and then the mayonnaise.
Place the back bacon on 2 slices and the streaky on 2 other pieces.
Top with beef tomato and the Florette crispy leaf salad.
Cut in half and enjoy!
