Classic Crispy

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 1/3 tin of corned beef
• 1 potato
• 30g onion
• 30ml oil
• 30ml HP sauce
• 1 egg
• 30g Florette Classic Crispy

Method

  1. Peel and cut the potato into cubes, place into a pan of salted water and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer until the potatoes are just cooked, drain well.
  2. Dice the onion.
  3. Cut the corned beef into equal chunks.
  4. Heat half the oil in a frying pan.
  5. Add the onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft.
  6. Add the potato and corned beef, and fry until the corned beef is hot in the middle.
  7. Heat the remaining oil and fry the egg until the white is fully cooked.
  8. Spoon the hash on a serving plate, top with the fried egg.
  9. Serve with the HP sauce and Florette Classic Crispy on the side.
