2 Slices Of Fresh Bread Of Your Choice
A Handful Of Florette Crispy Leaves
½ An Avocado
1 Ball Of Mozzarella
1/3 A Cucumber
2 Tsps Green Pesto
Spread a teaspoon of pesto on each slice of bread.
Add an even layer of thinly sliced cucumber, overlapping to completely cover the bread.
Add a layer of thinly sliced mozzarella, then thinly sliced avocado and then top with a good handful of Florette crispy leaves.
Season with salt and pepper then place the other piece of bread on top and slice in half. Serve straight away for a fresh and easy eat!
