Ingredients

Serves: 1

1x ready-made pizza base

1 ½ tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic, crushed

225g fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

125g gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

4 slices prosciutto

50g hot pepperoni

50g mixed Peppers, sliced

25g sliced red onion

Handful of Florette rocket leaves

1 tbsp hot honey

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C Electric, 200°C Fan, Gas 7.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and garlic. Brush the pizza base lightly with the oil and garlic mix, making sure to brush all the way to the edges of dough.
  3. Place on the mozzarella slices and sprinkle the gorgonzola over pizza base.
  4. Next, layer on the prosciutto and pepperoni. Then sprinkle on the mixed peppers and red onion. ​​
  5. Bake the pizza for 12-14 minutes, until the crust is golden, and the cheese is bubbling and turning golden.​​
  6. Remove from the oven and top with the rocket leaves whilst hot. Finish with a drizzle of hot honey then serve.
