  • 1 bag Florette Mixed salad
  • 400g beef meatballs
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 200g ready made pizza sauce or passata
  • 1 small baguette or sub roll, sliced in half
  • 20g parmesan, grated
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Cook the meatballs with the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat until cooked through. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen towel.
  2. Heat the pizza sauce in a small saucepan.
  3. Open each bread roll and fill with Florette Mixed salad leaves. Add 3-4 meatballs, top with the sauce and sprinkle with parmesan to serve.
