  • 250g pre-cooked Puy lentils
  • Wholegrain mustard dressing
  • Handful toasted walnuts
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 20 grams feta
  • 3 x Florette Beetroots sliced
  • Handful of Florette Crispy

Method

  • Place a handful of Florette Crispy in a bowl.
  • Cut Beetroot into wedges, chop Feta cheese into cubes.
  • Place toasted walnuts, capers, beetroot and Feta cheese onto Salad and top with Wholegrain mustard dressing.
