Peri-Peri Spicy Bowl

2 pork loin steaks
1 tub of Florette Spicy Bowl salad
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh coriander
3-5 slices jalapeño peppers
1 ripe avocado
50g feta
1 tin sweetcorn
Sweet potato fries
Preheat the oven according to your fries instructions and place in the oven when up to temperature. (they normally take around 20 minutes to cook which is plenty of time to get the rest of this dish ready!)
Finely chop the jalapeños and cut the avocado and feta into small
cubes. Mix with the sweetcorn and season to taste for this amazing squishy salsa!
With 10 minutes to go on your fries, season the pork steaks and heat the
oil in a heavy based frying pan. Fry for 4-5 minutes each side then turn off the heat and drizzle half the Florette peri-peri sauce on top of both steaks.
Serve on the salad leaves, peppers and tomatoes with some salsa and extra Piri-piri drizzled over everything then finish with the spicy crumb on top for a punchy crunch. Bundles of flavour made easy!
