Peri-Peri Spicy Bowl

Ingredients

340gram extra firm tofu 

½ tsp garlic powder 

½ tsp paprika 

1tbsp olive oil 

1 tub of Florette Spicy Bowl salad

4 flour tortilla wraps 

Handful of grated cheese for each wrap 

Method

Preheat the oven to 200degrees, gas mark 6.  

 

Grate the tofu into a bowl and add the garlic, paprika and olive oil.  Spread on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. 

 

Allow to cool slightly then mix the Florette Peri-peri sauce through the tofu. 

 

Lay your first wrap out and cover with a few Florette salad leaves, tomatoes and red pepper pieces – cut the tomatoes and pepper into smaller pieces for easy rolling! 

 

Top with the saucy tofu, grated cheese and Florette spicy crumb. 

 

Roll like a burrito and enjoy straight away or wrap in paper/foil and freeze for an easy grab-and-go meal!
