Eat lean grated cheese

Florette Mixed salad

Mission high-protein wraps

2 chicken breast or 4 chicken thigh fillets

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp onion granules

½ tsp cumin powder

¼ tsp chilli flakes

1tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp BBQ sauce

Salt and pepper

Fresh coriander

Method

  1. Mix the garlic, paprika, onion, chilli and cumin and rub all over the chicken.
  2. Heat the oil then cook the chicken.  Keep the pan with the oil and spice residue left in.
  3. Pull the chicken apart with two forks to split into pulled chicken. Mix through the BBQ sauce.
  4. On an open wrap add a thin layer of cheese over half the wrap, then add a thin layer of the pulled chicken and salad on top.
  5. Fold the empty half of the wrap over the top, then fold the half wrap into a quarter, with the salad on the inside and cheese on the outside.
  6. Brush some of the spices and oil from the pan (and extra if needed) to colour the outside of the wrap and cook it in the same pan for 2 minutes each side just to crispen the edges and warm the cheese.
  7. Serve with more fresh Florette salad, coriander and BBQ sauce. A deliciously more-ish toasted wrap with sweet, smoky chicken, melted cheese and fresh, crunchy leaves!
