1 Bag Of Florette Mixed Salad
1Cup Cooked And Seasoned Sushi Rice
2 Sheets Nori Seaweed Sheet
4 Seafood Sticks
1/4 Cucumber
1/4 Avocado
To Serve –Sesame Seeds, Lime, Pickled Ginger, Soy Sauce, Wasabi
Slice the cucumber and avocado into thin strips.
Lay the nori sheets out flat, textured side up.
Spread the sushi rice evenly on both sheets of nori, leaving an inch at one long edge.
Place two seafood sticks in one long line on each nori, add some cucumber,
avocado and Florette mixed salad along the whole length.
Roll each nori from the filled edge, ending with the edge with an extra inch left clear to seal the roll.
Cut the rolls into about 1.5cm thick circles then sprinkle over sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime. Serve with pickled ginger, soy sauce or wasabi if you like a bit of heat!
