Classic Crispy

Ingredients

Serves: 2

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, ideally white wine vinegar or sherry vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon flaked almonds, toasted
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar or a container with a screw-top lid. Shake vigorously to combine.
  2. Drizzle over Florette’s Classic Crispy and pair with your favourite Higgidy Quiche.
