Dressing –
1 Tbsp Yoghurt
1 Tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
½ Bag Florette Mixed Salad
½ Cucumber, Thinly Sliced
4 Radishes, Thinly Sliced
1 Tin Of Tuna, Drained
1 Spring Onion, Finely Sliced
2 Heaped Tbsp Chickpeas
To Serve – Lime Wedge, Chilli Flakes, Fresh Coriander
In your serving bowl mix the dressing ingredients first then toss through everything else thoroughly to coat for an easy-peasy high-protein salad!
Serve with your choice of lime, chilli or coriander and enjoy straight away.
