2 Slices of Chunky Sliced Bread, Ciabatta or a Panini Roll
2-3 Slices of Turkey Breast
3-5 Slices of Brie Cheese (or Similar)
1 Tbsp Cranberry Sauce
1 Handful Florette Mixed Salad
Layer the salad, turkey, cranberry sauce and brie between the bread and toast in a panini machine or a dry frying pan over a medium heat, turning to cook each side for just 1-2 minutes until golden and the cheese is starting to melt. Easy-peasy left-over cheesy!
