220g Cauldron Extra Firm Tofu

St Pierre Brioche Burger Buns

Florette Chinese-Inspired Slaw

1/2 tbsp flour

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

Finely grated ginger

Finely grated garlic

Method

  1. Firstly, press the tofu to remove excess liquid.
  2. Combine the wet ingredients and let the tofu marinate for around 10-15 mins.
  3. Break the tofu into small pieces, add the rest of the burger ingredients to the bowl and mix.
  4. Gently press the mixture together and form into burger patties.
  5. Heat oil over medium to high heat and fry on both sides.
  6. Top with Florette’s Chinese-inspired Gourmet Slaw for a fusion of flavour!
