Drizzle mushrooms and halloumi with olive oil and season. Heat a griddle pan and cook the mushrooms and halloumi until cooked through and the halloumi charred. Drain the mushrooms on kitchen paper.
Stack each burger bun with a mushroom and two slices of halloumi then top with relish.
Serve each burger with Florette Crispy salad leaves on the side.
