Classic Crispy

Ingredients

Serves: 4

  • 1 bag Florette Crispy salad
  • 4 large flat mushrooms, stalk removed
  • 8 halloumi slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 burger buns, sliced in half & toasted
  • 2 tbsp tomato relish or sweet chilli jam
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Drizzle mushrooms and halloumi with olive oil and season. Heat a griddle pan and cook the mushrooms and halloumi until cooked through and the halloumi charred. Drain the mushrooms on kitchen paper.
  2. Stack each burger bun with a mushroom and two slices of halloumi then top with relish.
  3. Serve each burger with Florette Crispy salad leaves on the side.
