Serves: 2

• 90g beef chilli – frozen, fresh or tinned
• 12in pizza dough base
• 100ml rustic tomato sauce
• 75g mozzarella
• 60g guacamole
• 1 red chilli
• Coriander
• 60g sour cream
• 30g Florette Mixed

Method

  1. Spread the rustic tomato sauce onto the pizza base.
  2. Sprinkle over the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Arrange the chilli beef over the top of the pizza.
  4. Bake the pizza in a very hot oven set at 220ºC until the pizza base is fully cooked and the mozzarella fully melted.
  5. Spoon the Guacamole and sour cream over the top of the pizza.
  6. Slice the red chilli and add to the top along with the coriander and Florette’s Mixed Leaf.
